modern stay near metro
spacious room thoughtful design fresh options
the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed. every detail considered comfort. the breakfast, on the 17th floor, had fresh options, setting a great tone for the day. its location is perfect, a few stops from central station, it made city exploration easy.
i received the incorrect room initially. i confirmed two distinct beds beforehand. this caused inconvenience.

adequate, but some issues noted
long check-in creaking walls
the check-in process needs improvements. it took around thirty minutes, and i thought, it could be longer for others. the lobby area seemed quite bland. also, we were a little disappointed about the room we got. the walls, specifically, creaked. it made a random popping noise, disturbing, especially at night.

metro access distinctive touch room facilities small window room size policy information
the location provided convenient access to the metro. i found it just steps away. it allowed easy travel to the city center. the facilities fulfilled my needs. everything i required in the room was available. the design seemed quirky and added a distinctive touch.
i found the room size to be small. the window was similarly small. i was not informed of certain policies upon check-in, i discovered. a staff member entered my room unexpectedly. this occurrence negatively impacted my overall experience.

small room breakfast experience
the room felt kinda small, it had a make-up mirror but it was too high for me to use. the breakfast was disappointing. i stood waiting for it to open, staff saw me but didnt tell me breakfast had started already at another door. it wasnt a great experience.

The breakfast selection was great. I appreciated julie's attentiveness and pleasant demeanor. the hotel offers very easy access to train and metro lines, which i found convenient!
I noticed there was no info pack in the room. I found relying solely on qr codes a bit difficult
